For my work
experience, I was in a compagny call Génération
Vidéo to discover the audiovisual skills. This compagny
makes shorts movies, advertising's films,
documentaries... Before it makes lip dups too but it doesn't make
that anymore. I really enjoy to see their movies and especially
their lip dups (for many others compagnies or sometimes a
town)
. I learn a lot of things about the
films' production and the
realisation.
The compagny was created in 1982 so
it's 30. It's composed by Henry and Gulin de Bergevin and Corinne
Tessier. Henry is a director, camera
operator, screenwriter and executive
producer. Gulin is an
accounting (comptable) and
when the team travels she has to find the hotels,
restaurants... She's turkish and she is in Génération Vidéo since
her wedding with Henry. Corinne Tessier is an
assistant producer, she prepares the differents
files and contracts. She has to find the actors, costumes,
decors... too.
If you want to do one of this skills, you must be
very motivated or talented ! Now with the
medias'influence, many people would like to be a director or a
producer. They want to be rich and famous and love cinema, who
don't know Steven Spielberg, Tim Burton or James Cameron three of
the most famous films directors? 
When
Génération Vidéo was created, there aren't lots compagny like them.
With this job, you never do the same things twice. Sometimes you
travel, you always discover or learn countries, people, costums,
traditions... You meet many others compagnies who
want to promote (promouvoir) their products or actions with a short
movie. The compagny employs actors, sound recordist, production
sound mixer, extras... You can have lots request,
contracts or haven't got any customers
(clientèle). When you work for the television
sometimes you must change all your projet because they don't like
it.
